HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - News 3 is proud to announce the winners of our 2021 Teacher Tour awards, presented by the Virginia Lottery.
We surprised three area teachers, who were nominated by WTKR and WGNT viewers, with a special prize package that includes a $250 gift card, tickets and a special experience at an upcoming Old Dominion University football game, and goodies from the Virginia Lottery.
