NORFOLK, Va. - Are you a restaurant worker that has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic and are in need of free food? One Norfolk bagel shop is here to help.
Yorgo's Bageldashery is offering free bagels to anyone who has been laid off from their restaurant industry job. The shop wrote on Facebook that they have bags of six assorted bagels available first thing in the morning until they run out.
The bagels are available on the copper table in the back of the store, which is located at 2123 Colonial Avenue in Norfolk. All you have to do is stop by and help yourself - no questions ask, staff say.
