PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A death investigation is underway after Portsmouth Police find a male dead.
According to a tweet from the police department, they are conducting a death investigation at the 100 block of Sykes Ave.
They say officers found a male dead in the area around 3:43 p.m., on Wednesday.
When officers arrived at the scene they located a 17-year-old teen boy with fatal gunshot wounds.
A 17-year-old teen boy was charged in connection to the fatal shooting with Aggravated Murder, Robbery, and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
