NORFOLK, Va. — Lieutenant junior grade William J. Collins, Jr. was posthumously awarded the Bronze Star Medal with Combat Distinguished Device for meritorious service in connection to his operations in Vietnam.
His daughter, Jacqueline Kilduff, spoke about Collins's life and service at the ceremony Friday.
