PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Loxley Road Sunday night.
According to PPD, a woman suffered a serious injury and was taken to the hospital for treatment. Officials said the call came in just before 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
