PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A shooting on Swanson Parkway in Portsmouth is under investigation.
It happened around 3:05 p.m. Monday in the 90 block, Portsmouth police said in a tweet.
A man had a non-life-threatening injury.
No other details were released.
