PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The Department of Engineering announced there will be a full closure of the Churchland Bridge on Thursday.
The full bridge closure will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m.
The Department says the closure is associated with work conducted under the Churchland Bridge Replacement Project.
