NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk Police and the Fire Rescue team responded to a report of a possible drowning that happened in the 700 block of E. Ocean View Avenue around 10 a.m. Monday.
Upon arrival, first responders came in contact with an unresponsive woman who had been pulled from the water.
The woman was pronounced dead on scene.
The cause of death has not yet been determined; the investigation is ongoing.
