NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — A man was found dead Tuesday on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News.
Police said officers were called to 6111 Jefferson Avenue where they found the body of 43-year-old Bryan Scott Wood.
Wood has a last known address in Newport News, police said in a release.
Police said the cause of death was blunt force trauma.
Authorities did not provide any other details.
