PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth police say that another one of the people shot on Greenway Court last week has died at the hospital from his injuries.
Around 10 p.m. on Jan. 9, police went to the 3700 Block of Greenway Court East where they found three people had been shot, according to the PPD. That night, another man walked into the hospital with gunshot wound.
Two of the people injured have now died.
On Jan. 13, 42-year-old Earl Lovell Martin Sr. died from injuries related to the shooting at a local hospital, according to police. Ameerah Marie Green, 18, died shortly after the shooting at a local hospital.
Two people remain hospitalize with injuries from the shooting, according to police.
Police say they were looking for 37-year-old Holly Jean Berry as a person of interest in the shooting, but as of Jan. 30, she is no longer considered a person of interest in the case.
