Conor grew up in England before moving to the United States as a teenager. He started his journalism career as a producer on Capitol Hill, making the transition to reporting in Rockford, IL in 2021. While in Rockford, Conor was nominated for an Emmy for his breaking news coverage and won an Illinois Broadcaster Association Award for his use of social media.
In June 2024, Conor took the wheel as traffic presenter for Jen Lewis as she moves into her new role. As a lover of geography and looking at maps — and as a guy who has learned to drive on both sides of the road — Conor will bring his cartographic excitement to the morning team, helping guide commuters on their travels throughout the region.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys watching his beloved soccer team, Nottingham Forest, and playing video games.
