HAMPTON ROADS, Va.— What began as 2 billion in unclaimed money has jumped to 3 billion in the Commonwealth of Virginia and News 3 is looking into why. Investigator, Margaret Kavanagh, found the total runs closer to about 3-point 6 billion but how do you find out if any of the unclaimed money is yours? Kavanagh sat down with April Woodard to reveal her findings.
