HAMPTON ROADS, Va.-- It’s a fact that groceries cost more than they did in the past in fact in 2020, food-at-home prices increased 3.5 percent and dining-out prices increased 3.4 percent according to the USDA. Now there is a way to combine your grocery costs with your medical costs called a Dual Special Needs Plan or D-SNP.
