    Suffolk, Va.- Two adults were displaced after a fire ripped through the attic of their home in the 100 block of Moore Farm Lane.  Units arrived on scene shortly after 4o’clock Friday evening to find flames showing from the roof at the center of the two-story home. Two adults had evacuated prior to firefighters arriving.  The home sustained fire and water damage throughout the home. No injuries were reported and the fire is still being investigated.

  • Unattended cooking causes apartment fire in Hampton

    Hampton, Va.- Fire and rescue units responded to a kitchen fire at an apartment complex on Tide Mill Lane Thursday evening.  Heavy smoke and fire was coming from a first floor apartment, all residents were out by the time fire units arrived. The fire was out in 15 minutes, moderate fire, smoke and water damage was done to the kitchen area.  No injuries were reported.     Norfolk, Va. – Firefighters are investigating an early morning house fire that left a family dog dead.  Rescue units arrived in the 2000 block of Kenlake Place and found smoke and flames showing from a single family home.
