VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Thousands lined Atlantic Avenue on Saturday as the Grand Parade brought musical performances, dancers and King Neptune to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
The parade is one of the key events of the Neptune Festival's Boardwalk Weekend, which is making its return this year after a tropical storm canceled the event in 2022.
This year's weekend also includes Touch-a-Truck, dock dogs, dozens of vendors on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and the International Sand Sculpting Championship.
