NORFOLK, Va. — The Grinch who stole Christmas is giving it back.
Families from the Young Terrace neighborhood in Norfolk filled in MLK Plaza on a warm Christmas Eve to recieve meals and gifts, all made possible through a joint project between Karen Tanner Ministries and Bruce Jones Love Ministries.
And yes, the kids got gifts from the Grinch himself, whose heart was just as warm as the weather.
The REACH program stepped in, providing more than 100 books for kids and adults in an effort to promote literacy this holiday season.
