The annual Portsmouth Memorial Day Parade began at I.C. Norcom High School, traveled down High Street, and ended at Water Street, as one of the longest-standing Memorial Day parades in the nation.

The annual Memorial Day Parade salutes the service and sacrifices of the men and women of the United States Armed Forces and celebrates Portsmouth's proud military heritage.
