NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk Animal Care & Adoption Center's (NACC) dog kennels are at critical capacity, but you can help!
NACC is waiving all dog adoption fees for a "Red, White and Woof" promotion for the Fourth of July.
The special adoption event runs through July 9 and includes spay and neuter, vaccinations and microchipping.
