Sentara Norfolk General Hospital

Less than an hour into the New Year, the Hampton Roads population grew by two, as Sentara Norfolk General Hospital announced that twins were delivered just 44 minutes after midnight.

Brittany Herrien gave birth to twin girls, Everleigh Grace at 12:43 a.m. and Eden Vaughn at 12:44 a.m. They are the first grandchildren in the family.

Chesapeake Regional Medical Center

Kamille Noelle Hopkins was born at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center’s BirthPlace at 1:13 a.m., weighing 6 lbs., 6.3 oz., and measuring 19 inches long.

Chesapeake Regional Healthcare says she has a big sister at home and her parents, Erin and John Hopkins, are Chesapeake residents!

Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital

Riverside's first baby of 2025, Cyrus Satchell, 12:00 a.m. to mom Jasmin Bagwell and dad Cory Satchell. He came in at 6 lbs, 10.6 ounces, and 19.88 inches. Riverside says that both mom and baby Cyrus are doing well.

Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital

Parents Ashleigh and Ishun Bryant welcomed Bon Secours' first baby of 2025, a baby boy. He was born at 1:30 a.m., weighing six pounds, six ounces and is 19 inches tall.
