NORFOLK, Va. - ZooGrooves is back! After being put on pause for two years, the Virginia Zoo's after-hours concert series returns this Saturday, June 18.
The concert series features emerging bands and artists from the Hampton Roads area and gives guest an exclusive opportunity to support local music and save animals.
Below is the schedule for this season's ZooGrooves concerts:
- June 18 - Pay Rent Brass Band with opener Fusion Groove
- July 23 - TBA
- August 20 - TBA
Gates open at 5:30 p.m., and select animal trails will be open until 7:30 p.m. Music in the Event Pavilion and Field begins at 6 p.m., and visitors are welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy the music under the stars.
Beer and wine will be available, and there will be food trucks on site.
Tickets are $10.95 for adult Zoo Members, $5.95 for child Zoo Members, $15.95 for adult non-members and $10.95 child non-members.
