CHESAPEAKE, Va. — It's been a tough few days for Hampton Roads, especially in the Chesapeake community. Although for many families it was somber Thanksgiving, an annual event is bringing light to such a dark time.
Friday night, Chesapeake City Hall lit up for the 3rd annual 'Deck the Hall' event. It's a free drive-through light display of holiday themes.
You can watch the walkthrough above recorded by News 3 photojournalist Justin Fleenor.
You can see them every day, except on Dec. 10 and Dec. 17 when the lights can be viewed during a walkthrough event as part of the "Fa La La Land" activities. It's an interactive wonderland that also features baby goats in holiday sweaters, a life-size snow globe with a live performer and other holiday fun.
