The Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center announced that all adoption fees will be just $1 moving forward. The center says the reduced fee is not for a limited time - it's here to stay.
It's a new initiative to help more animals at the center get adopted consistently throughout the year. Saving on the adoption fees will also allow new pet parents to focus funds on things like supplies, vet costs, and more, VBACAC says.
