HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - There's no denying we live in a beautiful place.

While we ring in the fall season, there's still plenty of time to enjoy all the seven cities have to offer.

News 3 is helping you plan ahead for the weekend, with three things you can do.

Elizabeth City Fall Music Festival
The Elizabeth City Fall Music Festival is returning to Marnier's Wharf Park this weekend. It kicks off Friday at 6 p.m. and features several local and regional artists. City officials tell us there will be a beer garden, food vendors, and more. It's free to the public.

Canoeing with the Stars
If you head up to the Peninsula this weekend, how about canoeing under the stars? This Friday, at York River State Park, you can explore the galaxy above while out on the water, and watch creatures of the night come to life. It begins at 7 p.m. and you will need to rent your canoe. It costs $13 a person and $32 for a family of four.

Zac Brown Band Concert
If you're looking to jam out to some good ole country music, just head to the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater Friday. The Zac Brown Band is performing as
a part of their "Out in the Middle" tour. The concert begins at 7 p.m., and tickets start at $50 a person.
