Santa Claus at Greenbrier Mall
Santa Claus is collecting everyone's wish lists early this year. He is bringing his sleigh and reindeer to Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake. Santa will be there until Christmas eve starting at 11:00 a.m. To make a reservation, click here.
Norfolk Admirals vs. Worcester Railers
What better way to spend the holidays than in an Ice-cold arena? The Norfolk Admirals are coming home this week to face off against the Worchester Railers. Games will be held at the Scope this Wednesday and Friday at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday at 6:05 p.m. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online.
Virginia Beach Christmas Market
After eating plenty of food and spending time with the family holiday season is in full effect. First up, is the Virginia Beach Christmas Market. The market will be returning to the convention center this Friday, November 25 and runs all weekend long. No need to worry about Christmas gifts the vendors have you covered. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
The 8th Annual Great Hot Cocoa War
The Eighth annual 'Hot Cocoa war' is happening right now in downtown Norfolk. What better way to get in the Christmas spirit than trying 15 different hot chocolates and voting on your favorite one? You have until November 26th to try the delicious flavors.

Glowing Gobbler 5k
Before you fill up your plate with some of your favorite thanksgiving dishes how about a 5k run the night before Thanksgiving? You can walk or run through The Newport News park's celebration lights. The 5k run kicks off tomorrow at 6:30 p.m. and you must register ahead of time.

‘Deck the Hall’ at Chesapeake City Hall
What's Christmas without lights? Chesapeake has a grand display opening on Thanksgiving Day. The Chesapeake parks recreation and tourism department is lighting up city hall for their "Deck the Hall" celebration. The drive-thru event will be open every day until January 2 and the best part is it's free!

Children's museum of Virginia's "Snow Wonder"
How about some snow to kick off the festivities? Don't worry, snow isn't currently a part of Kristy's forecast. But Friday evening at 6, the Children's Museum will host its "Snow Wonders" event! Just outside the museum, fake snow will fall from the sky, in hopes of bringing you some holiday spirit.
"Small Business Saturday" at the Downtown Waterfront Market
If you're looking to shop small this Saturday, you can head to Mariners' Wharf Park in Elizabeth City! They're hosting a free, special "Small Business Saturday" edition of its Downtown Waterfront Market, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be several vendors on site to help you get your holiday shopping done.
Port Warwick Tree Lighting
The Port Warwick community is having its tree lighting Saturday night. It's happening at William Styron Square from 5 p.m. — 8 p.m. Santa Claus will be there for the occasion, along with live holiday music, carriage rides and more for you to attend for free!
