Beethoven Festival
If you'd like to enjoy some classical music, the Virginia Symphony Orchestra will be hosting a "Beethoven Festival" this Thursday at the Ferguson Center for the Arts in Newport News. It will feature some of Beethoven's best works and several feature soloists. The concert is at 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $25 each.

Norfolk Tides vs. Memphis Redbirds
It's the final home series of the regular season for the Norfolk Tides. They are facing off against the Memphis Redbirds - a chance to tune up and get ready for the playoffs at the end of the month. Games start Tuesday night and run until Sunday. Friday night is Hispanic Heritage night, Saturday night is Star Wars night with fireworks, and Sunday is the last Bark at the Park of the year. Tickets start at $15.

NashFest 757
Music City is coming to Hampton Roads this weekend! NashFest 757 brings all the music, food, and culture of Nashville to Norfolk this Saturday. The festival starts at noon and goes until 10 p.m. There will be live music, great food, and tons of vendors. It's free for everyone to attend.

NAS Oceana Air Show
For some high-flying fun and action, the Naval Air Station Oceana Air Show returns this weekend. The skies will host the Blue Angels and F/A-18 Super Hornets. This year, the show is celebrating 50 years of women in naval aviation. General admission is free, and you can pay around $15 to $20 for preferred seating and parking.

Howl-O-Scream
If you're ready to be scared, Busch Garden's Howl-O-Scream is back! It will feature five newly revamped haunted houses, five scare zones, and of course, coasters at night. The terror runs every weekend until Halloween, and tickets start at $52 online.

Fall Neptune Wine Festival
You can enjoy a glass of wine at the Oceanfront at the 26th annual Fall Neptune Wine Festival, which will feature more than 60 wines. You'll have to be 21 or older to get in on the fun, and it runs both Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Tickets start at $45.

Hermitage Handmade Festival
If you're looking for something new for your home, you can head to the Hermitage Handmade Festival this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It'll be at the Hermitage Museum in Norfolk. Over 90 different vendors, including painters, glassmakers, and other artists will be selling their crafts. There will also be food and fun activities for the kids. It is free to attend.

Isle of Wight County Fair
If you want some classic county fair fun, the Isle of Wight County Fair is back for its 30th year. It opens Thursday night and runs through Sunday. There will be face painting, carnival rides, axe throwing, music and a demolition derby. Tickets are $10 online and $15 at the gate. Kids five and under can attend for free.
