Pasquotank Co. officials searching for man wanted for attempted murder

PASQUOTANK Co., N.C. – The Pasquotank County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man wanted for attempted murder, among other charges.

On Friday, November 1, officials received a call at around 5:03 a.m. about a domestic incident in the 1300 block of School House Road.

Upon arrival, the victim informed the responding deputies that suspect, John Antonio Boseman, III, forced entry into the residence and attacked the victim with a knife due to a disagreement over a female.

The victim was treated at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for minor injuries and was released.

Officials say Boseman is wanted for Attempted 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Burglary and Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.

If you happen to see Boseman, you are advised to not approach him.
