Kailyn Burrus
PORTSMOUTH, Va. – The Portsmouth Police Department have located a 13-year-old girl who went missing from her home Friday afternoon.
Detectives were concerned for her well-being because she was last seen walking away with an unknown male.
Around 4:40 p.m., detectives announced that they have located Kailyn Burrus safe and unharmed.
