RV worth $275k stolen from Hampton Convention Center parking lot recovered in Tennessee

HAMPTON, Va. – An RV worth more than $275,000 that was stolen from the Hampton Convention Center parking lot ahead of an RV show in August has been recovered in Tennessee, officials say.

The maroon and silver 2019 Tiffin Allegro 33aa diesel motor home was reported stolen by James Dodd, the owner of Dodd RV. At the time, he said it could have been anywhere in Hampton Roads.

The RV was found in a business parking lot in Athens, Tennessee, on August 14, authorities told News 3 on September 26. Officials say it was not occupied.

No one has been arrested in connection with this theft.
