PORTSMOUTH, Va. – A Portsmouth man that was missing has been located, according to officials.
Douglas Franklin
76-year-old Douglas Franklin had been missing since Saturday.
Detectives were concerned for Franklin’s well-being because he suffers from a health-related condition that requires medication.
