NORFOLK, Va. - Crews working on Old Dominion University's new football stadium are not pro-grass-tinating.
News 3 was on campus as crews installed the new turf field at S.B. Ballard Stadium. The Monarchs open their new home in less than six weeks when ODU hosts Norfolk State August 31st.
