NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk Police Department is investigating after a crash in the 3200 block of Tidewater Drive.
According to police, the call came in around 4:11 a.m.
Both drivers were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries.
North and southbound lanes are shut down from Lafayette Boulevard to Clark Circle.
