Newport News Police seize gun during road rage incident

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Newport News Police Department seized a firearm following a road rage incident Friday.

The incident, which involved the firearm, occurred near the 14000 block of Warwick Boulevard. The firearm was seized and one subject was charged with brandishing a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, reckless handling of a firearm and littering.

“Good work Watch II and HIP!” the department said in a tweet.
