Lumber truck accident causes mess in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A lumber truck accident in Virginia Beach caused members of the Virginia Beach Fire Department to respond and assist a driver in getting his lumber out of shallow water near Mill Dam Road.

A video released by the Virginia Beach Fire Department shows lumber scattered and an overturned tractor trailer.

Officials say that no one was injured and that VBFD’s primary reason for responding was to help control traffic in the area and make sure the driver was ok.
