Firefighters respond to a house fire in Accomack County

ONANCOCK, Va. – At around 1:14 a.m, Onancock Volunteer Fire Department responded to a house fire on Gargatha Landing Road.

The crews found a two and a half story wood frame residence well involved upon arrival.

Crews worked in frigid temperatures to extinguish the fire.
