SUFFOLK, Va. – A man who went missing out of Suffolk has been found safe, the Suffolk Police Department said Thursday.
A missing persons report was issued Wednesday for 49-year-old Orin Barrymorre Teasley, who was last seen in the area of Maryview Hospital in Portsmouth on January 8.
Teasley was reported missing on January 11 and was declared endangered Wednesday evening due to additional information given to police.
Authorities said Teasley has a “diminished mental capacity” and is said to need continuous care with day-to-day functions. Due to the possibility of him not knowing his surroundings or address, which is what made him endangered.
