NORFOLK, Va. - City crews were between 37th Street and 38th Street in Norfolk because of a water main break on Colley Avenue Tuesday morning.
The pipe that caused the break was repaired and the road is being backfilled. Officials say the cause of the water main break was because of the cold temperatures that we have had in the region recently.
Officials said a temporary pavement repair is being conducted and a permanent repair is being planned.
The cause of the water main break is not known at this time.
