NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Newport News Police department sent out a tweet Saturday afternoon in regards to an increase in DUI patrols.
The department is increasing the DUI patrols to combat impaired driving.
The increase will begin on Saturday, January 12 and ends January 13.
Increased patrol can be expected for the next several weekends.
