Hampton Police investigating after shooting leaves man fighting for his life

HAMPTON, Va. – Hampton Police are searching for whoever left a man fighting for his life after a shooting in the 1100 block of Rowe Street Wednesday night.

The call came in at 6:26 p.m.

When Hampton Police officers arrived at the scene, they found the man suffering from gunshot wounds.

Members of the Hampton Division of Fire and Rescue took the victim to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The motive and circumstances surrounding this incident are still under investigation, and there is no suspect information at this time.
