Adult and 13-year-old charged in Norfolk stabbing that seriously injured victim

NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Police are investigating a stabbing that happened Sunday morning in the 9500 block of 5th Bay Street.

According to officials, the incident occurred around 10:15 a.m.

When first responders arrived, they found a 32-year-old man outside with several stab wounds.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment, and his injuries are considered life-threatening.

On Monday police charged two men and a 13-year-old in connection to the incident.

Andre Norman, 36 and the teen boy were charged with aggravated malicious wounding.

Detectives are still investigating.
