VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A shooting in the 4800 block of Ashbury Lane left two people dead early Monday evening.
Officers responded to the scene around 5:35 p.m., arriving to find two adults.
One adult, identified as 75-year-old No Nguyen, was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other, 77-year-old Hieu Nguyen, was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Hieu died at the hospital, according to police.
Police say they are not searching for any suspects, and this is not a public safety incident. They are classifying the case as a homicide/suicide.
