PORTSMOUTH, Va. – The Portsmouth woman who was reported missing Wednesday has been found safe.
64-year-old Deborah Shaw has been turned over to her family, police say.
A missing persons alert was sent out after Shaw was last seen on Monday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. in the 2300 block of Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth.
