ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — The man who went missing in Elizabeth City Monday around 9 a.m. has been located, police say.
According to a Facebook post from the Elizabeth City Police Department, Preston Earl McPherson was reported missing from the 400 block of South Hughes Boulevard.
On December 15, police said he has been found.
There is no further information.
