One man killed in Norfolk hit-and-run

NORFOLK, Va. – A man who died after being hit by a car in the 800 block of N. Military Highway Wednesday night was identified as 32-year-old Joseph William Rodriguez.

The call came in at 10:32 p.m. Rodriguez was hit by a vehicle while attempting to cross the street, and the car involved fled the scene before police arrived.

Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are looking for a 2007-2012 black or dark-colored Nissan Titan with a missing passenger side mirror.
