PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Officers with the Portsmouth Police Department are investigating a death in the 1000 block of High Street Saturday evening.
A call regarding an unresponsive man came in at 5:19 p.m.
The subject has been identified as 66-year-old Ivan Ignatious Lyons of Portsmouth.
There is no further information.
The investigation remains ongoing.
