PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Portsmouth Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 2100 block of Queen Street on Saturday around 5 p.m.
According to officials, an adult make was transported to the local hospital with serious injuries after being shot in the face. Police have identified the man as 43-year-old Herman Price. No word yet on who shot this man.
The scene on Queen Street is still active, motorists are asked to avoid the area.
