VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The Virginia Beach Police Department indentified 26-year-old Luis Martin Mijares Acero as the person who's body was part of the death ivestigation at Fort Story Beach.
A call regarding a body that was found on the beach came in at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, September 26.
This discovery comes just days after Acero went missing at 89th Street. Emergency crews got the call Saturday evening for a distressed swimmer, and the distress call quickly turned into a search.
