NORFOLK, Va. – The City of Norfolk will keep four shelters open but closed the Berkley Community Center at 3 p.m. Thursday.
The four shelters open are:
- Bayview Community Center (pet-friendly)
- Southside STEM Academy
- Crossroads Elementary School
- Norview High School
