WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – U.S. Senator Tim Kaine toured the Anheuser-Busch Brewery in Williamsburg Wednesday.
Kaine met with the brewery employees and learn more about their day-to-day processes in an employee town hall before participating in a women- and minority-owned business community conversation in Richmond.
Jeff Scott, the brewery’s general manager, explained how Anheuser-Busch contributes to Virginia’s economy.
The events all come as a part of a swing focused on jobs, workers and businesses after the release of the campaign’s first TV ad, titled “Skills.”
Anheuser-Busch has been brewing beer in Virginia for the past 46 years, and currently employs 600 people.
The brewery is located at 7801 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, Va. 23185.
