VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Shake Shack, the fast food favorite, will be coming to Town Center in Virginia Beach.
A press release from Armada Hoffler Properties confirmed the company leased 150,000 square feet, including a ten-year lease with Shake Shack.
The commitment will lead to the re-development of the Columbus Village shopping center in Town Center.
Shake Shack will be located at 296 Constitution Drive, according to restaurant representatives.
