CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A little rain didn’t stop the Chesapeake Fire Department from enjoying a day at the pool.

But they weren’t just there to have fun – the department visited the Taylor Bend Family YMCA this morning to hold water rescue training with an inflatable boat.

Company 12, Battalion 3 and EMS 3 all attended the life-saving practice.
